Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we collect your name, your email address, the company you work for if you choose to give it, and the content of your message.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when pages are requested, such as the IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of access. These logs are used only to run and secure the site.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

We use the details you send us to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it. The legal basis is that you asked us to, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, as permitted by the Data Protection Act 2017.

We do not use your data for marketing unless you have asked us to keep you informed, and you can withdraw that at any time.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. If an engagement follows, the details become part of our client records and are kept for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, typically 30 days.

Your message is delivered to our mailbox by Google LLC (Google Workspace). The website runs on servers operated by Netlify, Inc. and our domain name is managed through Cloudflare, Inc., both acting on our instructions and only to provide those services. We never sell personal data or share it for marketing.

These providers are based in the United States and may store data outside Mauritius. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards, including contractual protections, as required by the Data Protection Act 2017.

Data travels to us over encrypted connections, access to it is limited to the people who need it to respond to you, and we keep our systems up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Under the Data Protection Act 2017 you have the right to:

• ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive a copy of it;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• have your data erased when it is no longer needed;
• ask us to restrict processing, or object to it;
• withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
